Clove

Clove is one of the things which provide ease from nausea and vomiting effectively. It is also very useful for treating sickness which is followed by travelling.

  • Take clove oil and add it in water or tea you like.
  • Mix it and drink it.
  • It can be sprinkled on food in form of powder

Fennel Seeds

Fennel seed is one of the most productive creations of Nature. It is blessed for treating many diseases, even for curing nausea and vomiting it can be very much effective.

  • Take fennel seeds and add it in water.
  • Let it be on stove till water starts boiling.

Cinnamon
