Ma Huang

It is a Chinese herb. Its use has been grown tremendously. It helps in opening narrow airways and should be used under supervision of a physician as it can increase heart beat rate.

 

Lobelia

It is a strong toxic herb and should only be consumed in tiny dozes. Its increase usage should be avoided. It has positive effect in curing asthma. Individuals having high blood pressure problems or any other heart disease should not consume it because it has the property to increase blood pressure.

Reishi mushroom

It is a Chinese mushroom and has anti-inflammatory properties.  This mushroom is used to increase lung strength and for building strong immune system. It can be added to your meals or can be consumed as alcoholic extract.

Licorice

It is also a Chinese herb and considered as efficient detoxifier. It helps in reducing the harming effects of other compounds that causes asthma. It increases the efficiency of Cortisol in the body and provides better treatment for Asthma.

Ginger

Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory agent and helps to reduce inflammatory process in body. This property of ginger is beneficial in improving the breathing health and relieves asthma.

Omega-3
